Terms of Service

By using DiamondsBots or adding it to your server, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of terms
By adding the bot or using the dashboard, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of service
DiamondsBots is a multi-purpose Discord bot (moderation, security, engagement and tools) managed from a web dashboard. We develop the service continuously and may add or change features.
3. Minimum age
Using the service requires meeting the minimum age Discord itself requires of its users. By using the bot or the dashboard, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use the bot within Discord's Terms of Service and applicable law. Using it for abuse, harassment or any unlawful activity is prohibited, as is reverse-engineering the bot, reselling it, or presenting it as an independent service. We reserve the right to suspend the service for any server that misuses it.
5. Subscriptions & payments
Some features require a Premium subscription paid via a secure payment gateway. Subscriptions renew and can be cancelled anytime from the dashboard; access continues until the end of the paid period. If a payment fails, we may suspend Premium features until it is resolved. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. Any price change is announced in advance and never applies to your current paid period.
6. Availability
We aim for continuous uptime but do not guarantee 100% availability; maintenance or outages may occur. We are not liable for any loss resulting from temporary downtime.
7. Force majeure
We are not liable for any delay or failure caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as internet infrastructure failures, outages of Discord's own services, or natural disasters.
8. Intellectual property
The DiamondsBots name, logo, bot code, and dashboard are entirely our property. Using the service grants you no ownership over them or our brand. Content you submit yourself (autoresponses, confessions, tickets, tags, and the like) remains yours; you grant us only the license needed to process and display it for the feature you enabled.
9. Disclaimer
The service is provided as is, without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the bot, and in any case our liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time by removing the bot from your server. The dashboard keeps no persistent account beyond your Discord login session; see our Privacy Policy for how to request deletion of any data we hold. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, and we will try to notify you where possible.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify us against any claim, damage, or cost arising from your violation of these terms or misuse of the service.
12. Changes to terms
We may update these terms; the updated version is posted here with its update date. For material changes we also announce them via the support server. Continued use after an update means you accept it.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
14. General provisions
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision at any point does not waive our right to enforce it later. We may assign these terms or our obligations under them if the service is sold or restructured. These terms are the entire agreement between us regarding your use of the service and supersede any prior agreement on the subject.
